Here is a perfect health drink for the holiday season

2 cups boiling water

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (for better digestion, clearer skin, and metabolism boost)

(optional: sweeten it up with a little stevia)

We hope you are all healthy and happy!

Simple hacks for better sleep ─ consistent sleep schedule, no screens before bed, no alcohol before bed.

Screen time may be the most toxic to our brain health right before bed. Pay attention to where you keep your digital devices while you sleep.

Getting the right amount of sleep is also linked to a better mood.

Good sleep makes it easier for us to convert new learning into memory.

Did you know that mindful eating - avoiding devices and paying attention to the food – gives your brain the necessary rest it needs, so you can concentrate better?

Eat a rainbow of fruits and vegetables for brain-boosting benefits. Try to count how many colors you can add to your diet.
